order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is despatched. The email will include the tracking number of the courier used. about our services

All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 7pm Monday – Friday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time-scales to a small number of remote rural areas. Delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days.

The delivery options are the same for every product unless stated in the description on the product page.

Up to 2KG the parcel may be sent via the courier company available and is up to Bänff's discretion.
